Nalan Smartt Jr. is from Staten Island, New York and earned his Bachelors of the Arts Degree in Business Management at Hampton University.  He has experience in being a Creative Director for several projects including pop up shops, productions involving regional artists and college students, as well as several art festivals. Most recently he was awarded the opportunity to have his 1^st Solo Art Exhibition at Downing Gross Cultural Arts Center in Newport News, Virginia.  Ceasoning Magazine is a manifestation from the mind of this versatile Creative, with the means to fulfill the need of an independent platform for the creative, talented, and under-exposed.
